I'm a handyman based in Amagerbro, Copenhagen.
Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by how mechanical and electrical things work. I was the kid that held the torch for my father and passed the tools whenever something around the house needed fixing. I have dismantled a number of discarded home appliances before the age of 12. I did this to see how they worked inside.
Since then, I have pursued a career that involves technology and creativity. I have received a Master of Science degree from the Faculty of Electronics at Warsaw University of Technology. I was working a behind-a-desk job. What I realized was missing was the aspect of tangibility of the products that I was involved in creation of. I have decided to go back to my roots.
I am a detail oriented technician, that can resolve any issue that you have at home. I always start with a conversation to understand what is the exact need. I offer a full range of services from small fixes to creating custom solutions from scratch.
Some pronounce Maciek like Magic, some like Ma-check. Any way you will do it, it's good enough for me :)
It's not a typo: both Maciek and Maciej are correct spellings of my name. Maciej is official full name, while Maciek is a friendly name (it makes sense in Polish, trust me).
